Darchinyan will beat Donaire. Will be somewhat of a mismatch.

Wanna bet on that? I see Donaire doing the same against Vic. Dominating and beating him to the punch till another vicious KO happens:D

I don't know if Donaire can still KO Vic moving up in weight.

Donaire has always been a big guy. He started at 115 then moved to BW then back to 115 and eventually he moved down to Flyweight and KOd Vic. His next fight against Cazares is for the interim WBA super fly title since he is already having a hard time going down to 112. He will stil have the power to knock Vic silly if they fight again.

Stupid fight, again showing that donaire is a one hit wonder he wants to fight the same fighter that he easly beat years ago, still Vic has move alone well making a lot more money than Donaire by beating great oposition, and Donaire is still dreaming about that win and still doing **** by beating a few bums and loking bad in one of them. Move alone a get respect by fighting good oposition, He is lucky that he had a blind fan base that do not look at the fack that donaire haas done **** He not deserve to be in the p4p ratings.

Definitely doesn't have Vic's power, but he is a stylistic problem for Vic. however, Vic adjusted very well for Mijares post-Donaire. I don't think the result will be exactly the same.

On what basis do people believe a rematch would play out differently?

i doubt donaire would fight vic again anyway. it wouldn't be worth the risk in a business sense. he might say he would publicly but he doesn't need the rematch. he will only get beat up anyway.

Donaire would actually want the rematch because it makes business sense for him. Have you seen the opponents he has been fighting since the last time those two fought. Vic went on to bigger and better things with Arce and Mijares, whereas Donaire is still struggling with opposition. Makes perfect sense for Donaire to whoop on Vic again.

There is no basis for the argument that Vic would actually beat Donaire. He isn't good enough.

People act like Donaire just got in a lucky punch. Donaire was straight-up owning his ass. Vic did absolutely nothing. I have no idea how people can think he can win the rematch if they honestly even watched the first fight.

Vic has improved, but not that much. His defense still leaves a lot to be desired, he still lunges in, still keeps his hands low, his chin still a bit questionable (remember the dance right?).. Styles make matchups.. and Donaire's boxing ability and counterpunching will beat Darchinyan 10 times out of 10

Whatever Barrera fan. You're missing the point, which is styles-wise Donaire is always gonna be a matchup problem for Vic because of his ability to counterpunch and footwork to get off the ropes when need be.

Jones was a stylistic nightmare for Barrera. He beat him TWICE. Whether he lost by KO, TKO, or decision, the point is he could not deal with the rangy Jones's style.
