Yea Rigo is in his 12th pro fight, but the guy is 31yrs old with a ton of experience even if it was the ams. He is not a normal pro which is why he was given a title shot in only 12 fights. Mayweather was 20yrs old in his 12th pro fight.

Cotto and DLH were just outside the p4p top-10 when Floyd fought them and more accomplished then Donaire. Well, in Cotto's case kind of equally accomplished.
