The size difference was ridiculous and Donaire was the one who was moving up in weight! Sidorenko looked like a midget compared to him. Donaire just overpowered him.

This doesn't bode well for Montiel.

no doubt Donaire is a p4p fighter

Guy has dominated guys like Darchinyan, Raul Marquez, and Sidorenko like they were tomato cans.

    Appreciate him while he's around

Donaire was already a p4p fighter before this fight

Donaire's footwork and handspeed will compensate for it if he's less powerful than Montiel. He needs to beef up a few more pounds though. He's tall enough to absorb a little more weight.

Not Donaire's fault if other top boxers were avoiding him.

I wouldn't argue with him being in the top 10 after last night. As Nonito recently admitted, he probably didn't deserve to be in the list before that, due to his level of competition.

His career stagnated disgracefully post-Darchinyan but hopefully that's in the past now - if he beats Montiel, he'll have earned the lofty P4P ranking that some had given him before last night.

Against Sydorenko, he looked like the fighter I hoped he was and now, the sky is the limit.

    When? :huh

i honestly think caballeros hight is his main advantage. i dont think he is a good boxer at all. he isnt fast and he is very ploddy.
