fighting a guy 2 divisions above on fight night and mainly using 1 hand for 10 rounds isn't bad.

 

I think he was rated too high too soon, but definetly has the tools to make it to the top

Missed the fight but from the sounds of it Nonito had **** stacked against him from the get go. It's good to hear his chin was tested, that was somewhat of a question mark at this point. I'm glad to see that he was able to fight through adversity and didn't crumble and succumb to it. This will only make him stronger..

People can also say Arce got dominated by Mijares. Darchinyan dominated both Arce and Mijares. Donaire is Darchinyan's Daddy... blah.

Every p4p ranked fighter has had a bad night, and this one isn't so bad considering he had a UD fighting with one hand over an opponent who wasn't zapped as he was trying to make weight.

Saw da full fite highlights and i thought that Donaire was briiliant for a man fiten with one hand for most of the fite, he completely bossed the fite and deserved his win, i dont see why people are giving him abuse i mine in my eyes he is a bigger prospect than Khan

 

hardly a 'prospect' he's 26 and has already thought some decent contenders.

Agreed that is terrible logic.

For example Vasquez (at one point) sparked Larios in the first round. He also lost to him but following his 3rd rnd cuts quittage win over him Pac went the distance with Larios two weights above!

On a similar vein, Pac destroyed Ledwaba and Vasquez went quite a few rounds with him (I think it was Ledwaba anyway)

That shows this A beats B C struggled with B logic does not work!

Pac IS an ATG. Concepcion is not Cotto. Have you seen his record? Yes he was heavier, and I don't think it was a bad win by ANY MEANS.

Donaire is often rated in the top 10 P4P on here on the basis of one win, two years ago, against a man who has superceded him in terms of resume since. Hence why I think he was overrated.

Concepcion was solid, but imagine the kind of pressure Munoz (a genuinely good super-fly) would bring, plus the increased punching power. he'd be a tougher fight regardless of weight. Donaire beats someone like that then he deserves to be ranked higher.
