Well, seems like Rigo is ducking Nonito. Seen that Nonito said if Rigo would move his February date to March the fight could happen but Rigo said no.

Cuban boxing fans better not make excuses if Rigo rejects the extra drug testing.

Depends on the level of the fight and the purses involved. The price is still significant for a lot of fights. A guy making $100K doesn't wanna pony up $20K for the test. Of course the figures are all over the chart when quoted so don't quote me on this figure. :D

Why the **** is Donaire asking Rigo to take the test an excuse? That don't make sense to me. What is Rigs got against tests. He want the fight, he want the reconition, he want the money, take the test. That should be the easiest thing for a fighter to agree on. Ain't no mother****en way a refusal can be explained to make that **** alright. You can explain that **** around the block, up the street, and through the alley but when you get back, it's the same thing. Take the test cause if you don't, you are hiding something or you'er scared. Plus, ain't no way I believe that Donaire has any fear for Rigs or any other fighter in his division cause he ain't made like that. All his demostrations have been straight up.:bbb

Well, I don't have anything against boxers requesting additional testing. I fault the man who will say no to such requests. Lets see where Rigondeaux stands.

Additional drug testing is good. It will clear up boxing from cheaters like Marquez, Peterson, Berto, Morales, etc.

Sure, let's do it. Let's get the show on the road. I have no problem with fighters asking for random tests but I will say this. I find it funny Donaire always hesitates when asked about Rigondeaux. You'd think given his skills and power Donaire would say something like, "I'll fight that guy anytime, anywhere. Easy fight. I want that fight signed today so I can destroy the myth that is named G. Rigondeaux."

Instead when asked about Rigo we get answers like:

    -Rigo has to earn it
    -he isn't a draw
    -I'm moving up to 126
-I want to make more money fighting Arce
-Rigo has to go through random testing

For those of you who called Floyd a ***** for asking for random tests, surely Nonito has now joined the same boat Floyd is in.

But when Floyd requested it he was a coward?...everybody was calling him a coward..everybody seems to forget that...

Let me ask you this, does Rigo bring Donaire the biggest payday of his career and probably the biggest ppv? And wouldn't Donaire be testing himself further if he indeed move up to 126?

Nonito is only doing this so Conte (his business) can get paid in boxing..

Its not that he's scared of testing. Conte WANTS to have 24/7 testing in boxing. He invented the drugs!!!
