Check out the Scene. It has an article reporting that he may find his way back or that he could end up on the August 2 Clottey/Judah undercard. The latter would be somewhat of a letdown for me, because Dan Rafael has said it would probably either go to Anthony Peterson/Kid Diamond or Vanes Martirosyan in a step-up fight. I like the idea of either of those with Donaire fighting on July 26.
This was never going to happen its not like the good old days when on the Hearns vs Benitez undercard you had Gomez vs Pintor. That is why boxing is hurting these days you dont get a full stellar program all the way through no stacked cards to pack the excitemnet and make new fans.
Nothing has been officially reported on that, to my knowledge, but it would certainly be a strong indicator if the two cards he's being considered for are both sole Top Rank promotions.
Hell yeah it was, but the sad thing was when Vic was still talking **** in the post fight interview :-(
