Both devastating, but I'd say Nonito because his comes brutally fast.

I think you just gotta compare both punches at peak effectiveness.

So they both carried up 3 divisions then, given Donaire's was brutal at 112 as well...

I love Tito but no fighter from the leprechaun divisions should be able to generate that amount of power

Lets count divisions then: Tito brought power up from 147 to 154 - IMO 160 is questionable, how many one-punch KO's he had vs. what level of opposition? Donaire brought it up from flyweight to superfly to bantam and even super bantam, the latter you may question.

Tito also knocked ppl. out with mostly dubious defense and sometimes late, whereas Donaire's DEADLY timing caught more alert fighters such as Montiel, Nishioka, Sydorenko, sometimes all fresh. Rigo almost fell too, Inoue was hurt badly and got his bones broken. Darchinyan IMO has better defense that ppl. give him credit for, he's awkward not crude, and very hard to read, and was timed to perfection twice.

Frankly, Tito's biggest win is a very controversial points decision vs. a DLH Pernell Whitaker dropped with a left, and Trinidad couldn't put a scratch on him at 147, at his best division, in his absolute prime. Ouch. Or the lack thereof.

Honestly, watch Donaire hit the bags. Frightening.

One of the biggest punchers of my time, for sure.

Yes for sure. Tito's left hook was a thing of beauty and he was a monster at 147 and 154 but I'm always mightily impressed by seeing fighters from the leprechaun divisions who can punch like ones from the behemoth ones.
