Donaire (today) versus the Pac that beat Ledwaba: who wins and how?

yeah.. i mean come on. they said pac carried his power and speed up to welterweight. come on, you've never seen the fastest and most powerful pac. that was in the lower weights. his one punch KO started to go away as soon as he moved up to 130. he jus became more accurate

i mean think about it. when was the last time knocked some one out ala lucero or ledwaba. only hatton, and hatton was hit by a full swing on the right spot. not the same super quick punches pac likes to throw in the lower weights.

his knockdown of miguel cotto on the 4th round came from a perfectly landed counter as cotto was coming in. margo and clottey, didn't dent them at all. margo still coming in strong even with a busted face.

donaire is the more well-rounded fighter that time but pac has the speed, power, relentlessness and most importantly the intangibles. also pac-ledwaba was at 122 while donaire has yet to prove he can dominate at 122. i have pac here but let's see more of donaire at 118 and 122 in the future.

Those guys were some of the greatest at that weight range. Even if you think Manny should have lost in the first fight against (actually, he should have won the first JMM fight as the judge realized afterwards that Pac should have received a 10-7 first round), engaging in the MAB, JMM and EM fights and fighting the way he did showed that even back then, he was a danger to anyone at that weight in the last 25 years.

Donaire may be even better. It's just not a given like some people here seem to think.

 

better speed yes, more power no, Nonito will never pack the kind of power Pacroid has.

 

PAC will KO donaire "too strong" unless you accept that time doinare is better that barrera, juan manuel marquez and morales where reigning the featherweight. PAC is like wild animal at 122lbs period....

The Pac that TKOd MAB was the same Pac that KOd Ledwaba, was he just one-handed fighter then? Donaire may have better skills but 122 Pac will still beat him. MAB and even Ledwaba were said to have better skills than Pac then and we know what happened.

 

Since Nonito is still untested, I think the better question should be: Who wins between Donaire and the Ledwaba that lost to Pac?:good

Donaire is great in the last few months. Pac is one of the greatest of all time.
I love to see two pinoys in the top 10 but lets not get carried away.
