    Uh. No. Donaire can move at speeds that make it look like he teleported seven feet across the ring. One thing is certain. Donaire is a pure athlete. Pacquiao is a damn good athlete. Sports Science would have to determine who would have been actually faster. My guess is Donaire. Don't get SINGLE SHOTS - ACTUAL HANDSPEED - confused with combination punching. Suggesting Pacquiao had faster feet than Donaire might be idiotic.
