yeah exactly. If world class is a top rated guy it think exceptional is fair to describe those who make the number one spot, like you say though, its just semantics
Exceptional, IMO, is reserved for the very best 'World class' fighters. Nishioka was not that, he was bloody good, fair whack with the left hand, could fight, could box a bit, but not exceptional. Indeed, it is just arguing semantics, but still......
No, I mean in terms of looking at Oriental fighters historically. Very unlikely his mentality will carry on, enough instances of them chucking it in after a single loss, at his age, outclassed, dropped, he's done I reckon. I'm not judging him.
