Donaire vs Guerrero is off!

the card is still great.... I was looking forward to this card, except the donaire guerrero fight... All other 3 fights are very competitive

 

Donnaire might be the worst promoted fighter of the last years... Well Humberto Soto has a solid case too

 

I heard the fight is ON. There is a new Mexican opponent. I don't know his name. The Weigh-In should reveal his name.

The Weigh-In is at the Hilton this Friday at 3:00 PM... Shimmer Carabet room/theater.

its probably some poor mexican busboy from the Hilton Buffet.

 

I think I just changed my mind on attending. Though I'd love to see old man Gerry, the rest of the fights aren't very appealing.

 

New Opponent is Manuel Vargas, a minimumweight fighter coming off a loss from Donnie Nietes.

 

that's the info according to my buddy who works for the NSAC. Its gonna be SOMEBODY though which is pretty sad.

 

ehh, its boxing dammit. you are mandated to go by order of ESB. I know this card really isn't intriguing at all. Maybe the fights between the chicanos and pinoys in the stands will make it fun.

 

Its not HIS fault the opponents can't stick with their end of the bargain.

Who the **** is Gerson Guerrero? They can probably pull someone out of the crowd and find a better opponent. Guerrero being out for some reason or another is a non-issue.

 

According to The Sun, Manuel Vargas has been tabbed as the replacement.

Manuel Vargas is apparently 26-4-1 with his last fight being a split decision loss to Donnie Nietes (who that is I have no clue).
