In the guide last night is says 9PM pacific. I was recording the vargas-mayorga fight, then switched to SHO & it's already 6 rd.

 

Either scoring is acceptable. Round 4 was close enough to call 'swing'. Only round you can give Maldonado...sixth was also close but Nonito won more of it, although Luis had some better moments.

a guy who drew with mijares and only loss against darchinyan was outclassed by donaire.

Even if another round was given to MALDONADO it would not make any difference. Just look as their faces after the fight.

Donaire still looks good while the face of Maldonado was BLOODY messy:good

One good OBSEVATION is even if he knows he was winning. THERE WAS NO BACK PEDDLING by Donaire! That makes him exciting! Unlike some boxers if they KNOW they are winning they tend to BACK PEDAL and refuse to exchange punches to avoid some lucky punch by the opponent!!!
