Rigo always looks like he has a mouthpiece.

 

Rigo does have a unique look. He has strange, crying eyes, a slightly misshapen face, a look that makes it seem like the lights aren't switched on, and he's physically unimpressive (without his shirt off) ... all of which seem the opposite of what you would expect of someone who is so remarkably proficient at precisely and systematically physically obliterating people.
