    i hope donaire is considering this fight not just because moreno is ranked #2 at 118 by the ring and therefore the fight would be for the "legitimate" bantamweight championship... let moreno keep his worthless belt... i'd much rather see donaire fight the winner of mares and agbeko

    His head movement is very limited aswell. It's the same 'dip to the left' move, which be easily read and countered, and will be done so with aplomb by a fighter as smart as Donaire.

    I don't know, I think it would draw a fair bit of attention. And as a tune-up before a fight with the Bantamweight tournament winner, this fight is the perfect tune up.

    I think we can all agree that if made, this is a terrific fight for the Bantamweight division, and the fans to behold. How many times do you see highly touted fighters, based out of America, chasing fights with obscure foreign paper champions, recognised for gettinga number of dubios decisions. This is something we should relish.
