I think Donaire will make it look easy at times, but Montiel is a very patient puncher who can catch Donaire or any fighter at any given time. Look at the Hasegawa fight. I am favoring Donaire, but you never know with a guy like Montiel.

I agree. Donaire will certainly have his moments based in no small part to his first rate athletic ability, but Montiel will not be an easy out by any stretch.

I favor Donaire but not overwhelmingly so.

No such thing as a fighter getting "Destroyed".
    He might lose the fight...
(That's a headline the suits use to describe something they have never done)

Well he has fought mostly bums since Vic. Montiel will be his first real test since that fight. Lets see how bored he looks against him.

Im with Zopilote. Montiel is highly underrated. Its still mind boggling to me how people can rate Donaire higher than Montiel p4p when he has really been feasting on B and C level fighters while Montiel is fighting champs and unifying.

Also as far as Mares i dont even know if he will make it past Agbegko. Mares really put his career at risk when he left Beristain. It seems he is going more to a typical Mexican style of fighting. He should stick to the counter puncher style of Beristain. He is a small guy and with that style when he steps up in weight he will get beaten.

Ringside beside your little toy wrestling ring with an illegal stream on your momz laptop maybe.

The only boxers that you know are Pacquiao and Donaire and some of Pac's recent opponents, you little fruit. :deal

Like Maidana was supposed to "destroy" Khan?

Let's not underestimate anyone here, not the least of which someone who has the potential to make the fight very close.

Donaire is going to get cocky like always and thinks hes the reincarnation of RJJ. He will have his hands down and he will get caught flush and get ktfo. And then you'll hear everyone say, hes winning the fight but he got cocky. Just wait.

Donaire will show/confirm in this fight why he's rated highly P4P...

BTW did you guys able to view the Z Gorres vs Montiel fight?
