Donaire has not been kept very busy compared to Vic. He's fought twice since the victory over Vic compared to Vic's 5th fight today, I agree there should be a rematch, but Donaire needs to keep sharp to do what he did to Darchiniyan again.

Darchinyan, a little like Kostya Tsyzu, has fallen in love with his power and his confidence is almost a flaw - But also a little like Kostya Tszyu, people forget Vic has a pretty deep amatuer background that gives him more seasoning than a lot of his detractors give him credit for.

Donaire has had ONE spectacular performance for my money - It's a little ridiculous how much hype the guy has generated - Don't get me wrong, I'm a big fan of his (and Darch for that matter) - But I'd like to see him keep busy and fight a little more regularly.

 

Donaire is supposed to fight Montiel in March but it seems that Montiel said since January that he can't make the weight! Montiel has 2 months to lose weight and he already knew by January that he can't do it?! :huh
