Gamboa is one guy I was never sold on..about three years has passed since his days as a prospect and I think of him even less now..

Dude is so fundamentally flawed it's not even funny.. He fights with his hands down and moves back in a straight line with this chicn exposed. This dude is truly a knockout waiting to happen and it will happen as soon as he faces a counter puncher with punching power...

Imagine what somebody like Marquez would do to him .lol I remember when Broner was first burst into the scene, people were talking about a matchup between him and Gamboa.. LMFAO ya serious????? Broner would toy with him and knock him out with something vicious..

Broner-Gamboa is not even a competitive fight..

This dude Gamboa thinks he's so talented, he tries to fight off -pure talent like Roy Jones but he's certainly not on the level of Jones or anywhere near it..

Everybody who has fought him were able to put their hands on him, even a slow ass Orlando Salido...

I have no doubt in my mind that Nonito beats him at any weight...

I was thinking the same thing. Gambo moved up because he knew the flash was coming to FW.

Of course it would be a competitive fight. When he's on point, he's amazingly fluid in combining his offense and defense. When he's careless and cocky, and as we saw last time, rusty, he looks real vulnerable. But a fight against Donaire would bring out the best in him.

yes he would, this is why the only fight that remains and means something for donaire at 118 is mares. If boxing fans wanted challenge then stop mentioning rigo for he hasn't done anything, gamboa is bigger and a better challenge.

Michael "Hammer Fist" Farenas dropped him in the Pacquiao-Marquez 4 undercard

I wonder how a stronger, faster and harder puncher Donaire can do to him..

Its a mismatch, Donaire will KTFO fraud Gamboa

Farenas isn't the only guy to hurt and drop Gamboa... Far lesser fighters have done the same... Many of them..

Gamboa ain't ****.. He's the perfect representation of flash over substance..

    He's just all flash..

I take you off ignore for one freaking post and it has nothing to do with boxing. Just another load of Cuban refugees. You in that picture? Don't bother answering. You will already be back on ignore.

It's amazing how smart Arum is.
He needed to make Donaire look fabulous and find little old Arce to accomplish his goal.
People have been talking about it for months, everybody knew the outcome.
And still works, after the demolition of Arce, people think he's ready for Gamboa .
What's next? He beats Rafael Marquez and he's ready for Floyd?

Donaire is on top of the game right now. Similar to Roy Jones when he fought Toney.

Donaire is ready for Klitschko. It's a 70-30 fight... I favor Donaire.

It's a fact he beats Cunningham, Tua and Campillo in one night too.
