Would Donaire smoke John out of his rat hole for a pay day or will Donaire have to travel?

If that fight is in Macau, then Chris John wont have far to travel. Plus the payday for a fight in Macau would be at least 7 figures for each of them.

No, he was reunited with his father months ago..
Actually, Donaire has been back & forth from Oxnard (for sparring) & Vegas (for mitts with his dad)...

Wow what happened to al the hype how Donaire was gonna win titles in 10 weight classes and eventually fight Pac (2 years ago) now he is fighting Vic again who is way slower and older when he first beat him.

Oh that's good to see. I know his dad was his trainer when he KO'd Darchinyan the first time.

I don't think he was ever going to fight Pacquiao, their friends. Donaire is at 126 now and eventually I see him finishing at 147 like Pacquiao.

Lomachenko doesn't have the experience yet, Donaire would KO him in the first few rounds.

I would guess he would be looking at some of the guys Top Rank has at/near that weight.

Walters, Salido, and the Gradovich-Dib(I think he's with 50cent but is still doable) winner all have titles and are with Top Rank. Donaire's next opponent or two is probably from that list, you could probably add JuanMa Lopez to that list as well.

A bit more down the line is probably a Rigendoux rematch and Lomachenko. There are plenty of fights to keep Donaire busy for a couple years just at 126.

Well it looks like he has both of them in his camp for the Darchinyan fight. Donaire said he's going to throw more combinations and be aggressive because people keep running from him in the ring.

I think Walters might be next and then the winner of Lomachenko-Salido would be the next likely opponent. I still like Chris John as an opponent. Arum wants to open up the Asian market and John from Indonesia and Donaire from Philippines would do big numbers in Macau, also throw in Shiming and Viloria into that card.

Donaire should get a rematch ASAP with Rigo. Donaire did not train much for that fight, in the rematch he would train hard, then we could see a really good fight..............
