Is it white collar or full time novice your training for? 12 ounce gloves and no head gear! Maybe post this in the trainig forum! By the way good luck in your fight.
12 ounce gloves but we use head gear. Its amatuer boxing but its no white collar. I've had 11 amatuer fights now. I prefer those 12 ounce gloves over the sparring ones anyday anyways. Even though I'm not white collar I fought on a white collar show once and the proper boxers had to use the massive 16 ounce sparring gloves aswell in their fights. It was ****.
I did warm-up,skipping,pressups,burpees(8,yeah you read right,EIGHT! With good form too!) six full rounds on the heavy bag, shadowboxing (before heavy bag.Silly meatsch) more shadowboxing, pads, groundwork, warm down. Then home for a shower. Bear with me guys.I'm 183lbs,21% bodyfat.I'm a ****ing machine.:bart Now that 21% might sound good, but it's even more astounding when you consider that I was 23% in...NOVEMBER! and I'd pass a PED test! I almost choked on my fried Mars Bar when I read Mike Tyson has the Calzones to suggest an over 40's heavyweight tournament.Like a Super Six!:happy The speed at which I'm becoming a white male version of the Greek Sportswear Goddess Nike is astonishing even the most athletically gifted cleaners at my gym.I am not joking:nono Anyway I'm ****in sure I'm in with a chance of winning that Tyson thing. In the words of a great historical figure; "I'll **** EM!" Any tips guys?
