Actually Chavez Jr has been saying he will fight Martinez on September since January, but people keep saying he is a duck, I don't understand why haters think that is something bad to make a fight in the biggest boxing night if the year.

It's not a foregone conclusion that Chavez Jr beats Lee. This talk of Jr v Martinez is ridiculously premature.

 

I'd rather see Lee fight Serg but we know where this is going. And if Chavez is @ 180 on fight night he'll be that much easier for Serg to hit...he's way faster than anyone Chavez will have dealt with, KO power at MW and far superior athletically and strategically.

 

Good news but this means Martinez vs Mayweather is not happening in November.

Floyd don't need pac, he has Canelo and Martinez in his sights.

Floyd would be a 3 time champion at 154, if he beats cotto and canelo.

All that would be left by that point is to go up one more time and fight martinez for the middleweight title and retire for good.

Pac fighting the likes of marquez for a IV time and Brandon Rios won't add anything to his legacy.
