The only recovery I rate above the Ruddock vs Morrison knockdown would be the one in the 14th round of the Fight of the Century. That said, this one is still pretty awesome to watch, especially when Razor bursts out laughing. Razor was a really intriguing fighter, anything could happen in his fights.

Truth be told, Ruddock should have at least earned himself a belt during those times. He was to reliant on his left hand power, when he used his right hand lead it was great - and when he jabbed, it was sharp and usually snapped the opponents head back. Problem was he was never consistent with anything other than the left, and even then, he didn't do any work in the clinch. Not enough work rate. He had the size, power, mobility, and even his hand speed was pretty good. I still think even with the shortcomings, he'd be a force today.

Razor would toy with much of today's top ten. :nod

He might climb off the canvas just like that to stop Sam Peter or Dimitrenko.

    Saved me the trouble. :good

Few would smile after getting hit by Mike Tyson, except Ruddock of course:

Sooner or later, a guy needs boxing brains if they want to stay at the top. And a top corner doesn't hurt either. Maybe Denton had permanent damage from the Knoetze bout.
