Donovan Ruddock vs Frank Bruno

Razor was a horrible boxer with great power, if Frank can keep him at range he wins a decision, getting ko'ed late is just as likely

 

ruddock ...took more chances and wasnt a muscular robot

 

Start with the question of why this fight didn't happen?

 

He was beating Jaco handily until he succumbed to an asthma issue and forced to retire in his corner. Had nothing to do with Jaco, or his (supposed lack of) durability.

 

It's a little surprising that George didn't seek a fight with Ruddock due to him being asthmatic , immediately after the Jaco fight.

 

Excellent point ...Frank Bruno has the worst survival skills of any boxer I can think of

Stylewise it looks like Ruddock, but Bruno was a bit underrated. He lost to the top guys, but he was strong and took many punches from Tyson and gave him a good fight. This is a different kind of fight. Look at the style it says Ruddock, but I am going with Bruno on his resume and he was physically a strong hard puncher.

 

Bruno, but it would have been a real hard fight for him.
