Really? I'd say it's better just based off volume of good fighters. None were that great apart from Brook but obviously he was undersized so not worth as much. Still he beat Lemieux, Monroe Jr., Murray, Rubio, Geale, Rosado, Proksa and even Stevens. They weren't all great but they were all good world level to fringe world level operators and all hovering in or around the top 10 of the division.
Tanks fought guys who've never been near the top 10 of their division except for Pedraza, Barrios, LSC and Cuéllar.

 

GGG's resume when he was 27 vs Tank at 27 was trash. GGG's best win before Jacobs was Martin Murray who never even won a title.

 

Youre forgetting people were ducking prime GGG back then. Quillin, Lee and others wanted nothing to do with him. Not his fault.

 

Quillin turned out to be a fraud I never heard about Lee ducking GGG. Although I liked and respected Lee he wasn't good he lost to JCC Jr FFS who's a bum and a joke. LOL!

 

You're comparing a foreign fighter who had a foreign promoter to an American fighter w/ American connections FFS... Do you get how comparisons work?? You think apples and oranges are the same fruit FFS...

Excuses! There have been many foreign fighters with foreign promoters who had great success and good resumes much earlier in their careers than either GGG or Tank. I don't want to hear it. My comparison is fair.

 

He does seem to be irrational when it comes to Twink.

That's not an excuse jackass, those are circumstances that a lot of fighters face. Some foreign fighters have had great success. They came to the US early on. AND boxing today is NOT what it was even 15 years ago. You're so naïve you think everything is just that simple in boxing...

 

I'm not naive I'm speaking facts that you simply don't like. There have been foreign fighters with foreign promoters who have had success here in less time than both Tank and GGG. Even still GGGs resume until lately until he finally stepped up was a cruel joke. You just make excuses like you always do.
