Dont be suprised at the fact that Mosley knocked out Margarito and Cotto didnt. For one, Mosley went to the body alot, somethin no one ever does with AM, and especially Cotto. And two, Mosley sat down on his punches, where Cotto was landing alot of punches while going either backwards of off his back foot. Given that they still had pop on them, they didnt have the weight behind them like Shane's punches did. Congrats to Shane for finally exposing that over hyped punching bag. Now maybe ppl will finally stop saying that Floyd ducked AM when clearly it wouldnt have even been competitive. Now im ready for Cotto to get his revenge since Margarito obviously cheated the first time around with his illegal hand wrap.
i don't think Floyd can get credit for something Shane did. Shane smothered Margo, that was the big difference. He smothered him and leaned on him and didn't let him get off. He also used his jab better which was a key problem with Cotto who was throwing too many powershots and got tired. Mosley kept Margo either off balance with his jab and movement or smothered. In between that he fired of his combinations.
Yea you got points there. Regardless I still feel Mayweather would defeat Margo, not knock out but beat him similar to the way he defeated Baldomir
