Don't be surprised if Brook stops Porter early

It probably won't be a 1 round job but Porters pressure, Superior inside game will wear Brook down.

 

Brook is a big and powerful WW and as long as he doesn't freeze, Porter will have a very tough night. But I can't see Porter rushing in like he did with lesser punchers, he would know that Brook can punch and is a very good counter puncher. There will be more boxing and it will probably go down the wire.

 

It's possible. Brook has good power so if he can time him...

 

Hoping Brook clocks Porter and doing it are two entirely different matters.I just can't imagine Brook winning this,although he appears to be real nice guy with Euro level skills.It won't be nearly enough.

 

It's definitely possible with Porter's aggressive style. If Brook times him and catches him clean he could stop or drop him for sure.

 

Truth is we don't know how good both guys are? but we will find out soon enough!

Whats so great about Diaz, Alexander, Paulie to make people think Porter is legit? Kell beats all 3 aswell so it really has no relevance

I can honestly imagine any outcome for this fight. One will be over hyped... one wont! Then again it could be a SD and both could look bad in the process lol

 

We know how good Porter is but we're not sure how good Brook is. Porter has been in there against Alexander, Malignaggi and Diaz while Brook doesn't have any significant wins other than Senchenko and Jones.

Saying that Brook beats Alexander, Diaz and Malignaggi is pure nonsense. We have to see him fight them to decide.

My point is Alexander, Diaz and Paulie are NOT good enough wins! Doesnt make Porter note worthy in my book.


Paulie has lost it and wouldnt trouble a younger/fresher fighter in Brook with his feather hands

Crude Diaz has lost 10 times and Brook would outbox the guy no problem

Alexander has nothing about him! no power and has only won afew big fights because of terrible judging, that's his only chance against Brook.

I'm not a big fan of either fighter but and I'm making clear obvious observations. I wish people on this forum would do the same! :good

 

Diaz isn't Brook, and vice versa. Different game plans as well. I could see Porter timing him with a nice counter but Porter might not even rush in like that, he might slip punches this time to close the distance. Who knows?

 

Winning a few "big fights" is quite an achievement and one brook lacks. I can't stand the way alexander fights and have rooted against him, but, he's won those fights clearly.
