I have more respect for Seth Mitchell than I do for Wilder. If Mitchell had fought the bums Wilder has been fighting he would still be unbeaten...........

 

He'd probably be the hardest puncher in the UFC if he did, but he's had knee problems for years and they would certainly be targeted by the top level guys that he'd eventually be matched up with. I just don't think it would be worth his time, IMO.

 

It's not his mentality, he just doesn't have enough skills to compete with the top guys who can take a punch.

 

Well of course there are the whole "hundreds of amateur fights" and "Olympic gold medal" and "taking up boxing 10 years earlier" things between them, but who's counting?

 

Mitchell is done.... anybody who gets blasted out like that by Banks does NOT have a future in the HW division, his showing against Arreola was also pretty telling. He does have one thing going for him currently though..... His recent performances have put him high up in the Glass Jaw rankings!
