I confess that I am a little disappointed by his heavyweight career.

At cruiserweight he would fight anybody, and was always focussed.

I thought that he was really going to mix things up in the heavyweight division, even if he didn’t necessarily get to the top of it.

As it turned out he was always looking for the path of least resistance at that weight.

thats beause he was coming to the end of his career mate! Hes been boxing since he was ten and went the long gruelling route to the cruiserweight titles and by becoming number one in that division it should really capult you to the bigger fights at the higher weight quicker then someone who hasnt won any world titles

He's tweeted that Fury won't sign the contract despite being offered 50/50.

With regards to his career he was a thrill seeking power punching super hero type fighter at cruiserweight. The moment he went to HW the people's fighter turned into a ***** for the money.

His fighting style changed which i could understand against bigger men but lots of empty promises and let downs. The moment he lost me as a fan was the Harrison press conference where he claimed thousands upon thousands of fans e-mailed him demanding he beat Audley. The comments in the lead up were despicable and the whole debacle left boxing in a bad state.

I can take or leave Haye now, I know what he's about.

It is a sport first and foremost- that's why 99% of fighters start off in the amateurs doing it for nothing. Would you sit and watch the AGM of coca cola? Would you ****, because it is a business. Boxing is a ****ing sport, the aim of sport is to prove yourself to be the best and compete against the best! The fact so many folk on here have lost sight of that fact is ****ing sad as **** and symptomatic of the shitty, money obsessed society we live on, where the only value placed on anything is cash and shiny possessions. Sad.
