Ok if all comments are welcome heres my 2 cents.
Valero does indeed have a punchers chance and I guess he is skilled to a certain extent but these are for me the reasons he will lose.

    1) He tends to throw too many wide punches Pacman throws straight down the pipe. When he lunges in Pacman's speed will enable him to counter Valero with ease.

    2) Yes Valero is quicker than David Diaz but I have seen his last few fights his speed does not match Manny's.

    3) We have seen Manny get hit on the chin hard against top quality fighters, we have seen Valero go down against Mosquera a C level guy with a 50% KO ratio.

    4) Manny exhibits more movement in his fights and has far better boxing skills.

    5) He does not have any experience yet against any B-Level opposition let alone P4P level.

    6) This guy was banned due to a blood clot on his brain many years ago, what happens if Manny kills him.

pac's chin reputation will sky rocket if he gets caught flush by a Valero punch and manages to stay on his feet.

This fight is good for Pac to negate any more haters who have any question about Pacquiao's flaws as a boxer.

PAC/Valero should NOT take place(at least yet). This fight is basically a lose-lose situation for PAC(as Velero is basically unproven).

Pac fought a tough fight against Marquez and then an easy fight against Diaz, he has to step it up again.

Does Valero have a one punch KO power against the elites? I saw the Hnmo fight and he was connecting a lot and As well as the Mosqueda fight. I seriously doubt if he really has that much power.

Got to take risk bud. Let it happen by all means.

I would prefer Pac fighting Campbell at this point but if there's no other fight available . . . Valero is the best option.

A lot of valero fans will cry if pac ko valero! exciting but still raw!

If valero wants to fight pac and end his zero loss, go ahead endorse the fight!

after all, all the fights of velaro are class A+++ boxers correct?! :rofl  :rofl

good thing going for valero is that all the other top guns are not available so he is the next logical boxer to fight pac! he will defenitely get his biggest pay check of his career!!!!

Would love to see Pac fight Valero but not before a big list of other oponents first.

Valero might be a lose/lose situation for Pac!

even if valero lose, he could still come back just like hatton. Nothing wrong with losing to the #1 p4p

Valero isn't yet cleared to fight in Vegas either as far as i am aware so this presents a huge problem in making this fight.

valero is the naturally bigger guy right,,, pac started out at 110 or something? If pac stands toe to toe with valero,,, a KO win for valero would not suprise me
