    I don't agree that the HBO commentators were overhyping Pavlik.
    Sterward was very pro Jermain and basically spent most of the fight
    insulting Kelly's athletic ability and even downplayed his punching
    power. Lampley started screaming every time Jermain let loose with
    a showy flurry while Kelly dominated two thirds of the same round
    with little fanfare. Lederman was also very quick to give Jermain
    rounds which I thought were very close. Pavlik did well to come
    on so strong late in the fight and hurting Jermain in the eleventh is
    what finally brought the announcers around to agreeing that Kelly
    was finally taking over the fight. The commentating in this fight
    was first rate and certainly very fair to Jermain and if anything a
    little biased against Kelly.

    So basically you're saying the only one who can be considered as any kind of expert (Manny Steward) thought Jermaine took the fight?

    Maybe us in the UK had different commentary but I didn't hear that. Though considering the time, i.e. 5 am, I'm not surprised. :p
