    Absolute nonsense.Have you even read what the fallout has been at Waddell&Reed?The amount of money they have lost and the firing of the individuals who were responsible for this PBC investment deal?

    W&R have stated that they went into this venture knowing that they would likely lose all the capital raised. With estimates for capital raised been half a bill for initial warchest and a undisclosed sum for a reserve chest.
    From Q4 2014 - Q3 2015 just over 300 mil has been used.
    Im expecting Pbc to be around in the near future although im not sure if theyll be around long term
