That fight would never happen(although I would pick Hopkins if it did). However, I do believe that Froch is better fighter than many are giving him credit for.

i was thinking more about current 168lbers ie.fights that could realistically happen in the next 12-18 months.i do think hopkins would beat him but froch would have to clean up 168 and step up if the fight were ever to happen.no chance of hopkins coming down to 168 to fight someone like froch

i hate when people say this boxer is good because his record shows that he is undefeated or whatever. what they dont know is that all of their oppositions were ****. and whenever they stepped up to the next level of fighters they get brutally exposed by KTFO!

Steve Molitor got KTFO ROUND 4!
Miguel Cotto got HIS ASS BEAT DOWN by Margarito! (will be exposed again in a rematch or in a fight with floyd)
Antonio Tarver EMBARASSED by Hopkins!
Sam Peter LOSSES to Klitschko brothers!
Zab Judah KTFO by Tszyu/Cotto, PICKED APART by Mayweather, EMBARASSING LOSS to Baldomir!

Fighters who will eventually be exposed:

Paul Williams (will eventually happen, you all know it)
Kelly Pavlik (already semi exposed by B-Hop)
Joe Calzaghe (if he ever mans up and fights Chad Dawson)
David Haye (when he fights Wlad-will end in KTFO)
Ricky Hatton (although i like him, he will get exposed again at WW if he fights another true contender)


So basically what you are saying is...Lacy was a "**** boxer" that was man handled by a real boxer like Calzaghe...but Calzaghe who is also a "**** boxer" will be exposed? And Cotto...who was a **** boxer that got beat down by Margarito and will be exposed again soon...was a step up for Judah who Cotto beat down?...Ya that makes sense..so apparently every boxer in existence who hasnt lost are the only non "**** boxers"?...idiot.

 

I agree his best win is over a washed up Reid imo but i expect him to beat Pascal and then there are big fights out there for him.The 168 division is very competitive.Most of his wins have been impressive and he has 19KOs in 23.I think we'll find out how good he is in the next year or 2

-I think Paul Willams is the real deal.
-Dawson is good but he isnt the man that can defeat Joe. Joe is still the biggest cherrypicker in the business even if he embarasses Dawson in the ring.
-Hatton is already exposed

 

I never said he would be anywhere near the top I just suggested the next year or two will tell how good he really is.Having said that I think he has the beating of most fighters at 168 right now with the exception of Kessler

Also styles make fights, otherwise Ali exposed Foreman, although Ali could NOT expose Shavers, but Quarry sure did...Foreman expose Frazier..Henry Cooper, at 180, nearly exposed Ali, who exposed Liston.And Lastly, Johansson and Patterson exposed eachother
