Victor Conte doesn't know what he's talking about. Only Pacquiao Fans know anything, and they say there is no need for random blood test.

Seriously, random blood and urine testing is the best way to go even if it is not perfect.

If it is, then the Nevada State Athletic Commission should begin implementing it. Obviously if someone wants to get away with doping, they are going to find a loophole and a way to do it. I think it is absurd to accuse a man of cheating because you think he is too good.
When Pacquiao comes out clean, Floyd is basically admitting that Manny is a beast, and he was scared of him. Floyd is digging his own grave with this one, and it's not necessary.

It doesn't matter what this dude says about it, it matters what policies are in place to test boxers before fights. If the athletic commission is not capable of catching steroids, they need to change their policy to correct it. If they feel they have an adequate drug program, then that is up to them. Manny Pacquiao hasn't done **** but beat people up, and now he is have his character assaulted.

So you are OK with boxing having it's unadecquete testing? Let's look at it like a new era in boxing where they clean everything up. The Mayweathers have brought up a very interesting topic up that boxing needs to question to clean its self up.

Let's now turn into UFC where more than half the fighters are juiced up.

  10. He's saying nothing new. Everything he's said has been repeated on these forums ad nauseam.

LOL at *****s, Mayweather's accussing Pacquiao of HGH. Conte is someone who beat USADA's tests.

"One, I think that increasing hematocrit levels, whether it’s by traditional blood-doping or the use of EPO, is of greater benefit to a boxer than the use of growth-hormone," he explained."So growth-hormone is more of an anti-catobolic agent that may help to accelerate the healing of the tissue repair process. But growth-hormone is not anabolic as an anabolic steroid. It’s an anti-catabolic agent and I believe that you don’t get a very big bang for your buck. I’m not a huge fan of growth-hormone. I don’t think it’s tremendously beneficial performance enhancing substance.

"EPO, though, in terms of boxing, is absolutely huge, both in training and as well as in a fight, especially during the later rounds."

Did Pac agree to the test being random? Yes
Will it include blood and urine? Yes
Only request he has is to not be tested 72 hours from fight time.

The guy just wants to be focus mentally 72 hours away from the biggest fight of his life. That is how he has prepared for all of his fights and now all the sudden he has to change everything because of some stupid bargaining game from PBF camp and Golden Boy Promotion, who themselves refuse their own boxer , Mosley, to a drug test.

If you know anything about EPO it doesn't give you super strength or unnatural chin. It helps your stamina. It works by increasing O2 transport to your cells. This disproves all of these assanine accusal of Pacquiao being on HGH.

You can achieve this by training in anaerobic chamber or training in higher altitudes. Damn people get edumacated.

    Or reading comprehension.

Dude it wont even slow them down, they will simply excuse it away by saying that Pac agreed to have his blood tested on three set days, even though Conte explains why in the Article that, that isnt good enough. They are blind, and simply dont want to see the truth. Random is random, you dont set up a date for a random test, its really that simple.

They come back with OH its good enough in the past, but it was also good enough in the past for everyone eles that no longer thinks that a **** test only is good enough anymore. Boxing is only proving itself once again to be behind the curve.
