Of course it's going to be better than what NSAC has currently in place, they don't even do random urine testings.

That's the time frame for the random drug test :deal.

Hell Roach even said they can do up to 72 hours till the fight. Yes all random.

do you know what epo does? it doesn't make you stronger, it gives you stamina. pac always had stamina, he trains hard. conte said the most likely thing pac could be on is epo. a stamina enhancement on a fighter who proved to have great stamina his entire career.

More stamina allows you to work out longer and harder...longer harder work outs lead to more strenght.

I'm sorry you're liking my post for naught then, because the last sentence of the quote I posted completely eliminated what you liked about it. Might want to read the whole thing before your snappy comeback next time. :good

If Pac is willing to be tested randomly up to 3 days or so before the fight, and immediately afterwards - then there is nothing he could be hiding.

This article by Conte doesn't really shed much light. It just says that he believes EPO is the big issue here and that EPO can't be tested by urine test. He says it needs to be blood tested and radnomly.

He doesn't say it has to be done within 3 days of the event.

Did you read this part genius?

"There's lots of loopholes. They call that the 'gold standard testing'. I've said this as far back as 2004, that there are huge loopholes that you can drive an equivelant of a Mack Truck through. the USADA testing is certainly better than what is used in professional sports but it's still relatively easy to beat the test," states Conte, who was also noted for working with baseball slugger Barry Bonds, during his assault on the record book." Now, I don't know in the case of this fight, but the reason is because you're allowed two missed tests and they can't come back the next day because you have to be allowed a hearing to provide your reasonable explanation or the 'exceptional circumstance' as they call it. So they'll just come back the next day and of course none of this is transparent. It's like being up to hit in baseball where you get two strikes and then you smack it out of the park and hit a home run. So it's still relatively easy to beat USADA testing and in this particular case, I do believe you need to have random, unannounced testing. To just say,'I'll be tested on this date', there's all sorts of things you can do with announced testing, you can't do with unannounced testing."

How is telling them when you're going to test random?

One in January right before the press conferences, one 30 days before the fight, and one after the fight.

    That's random?

Apparently Pac is ok to be tested randomly up to three days before the fight, just not by GBP's testers. He has said all along he is also happy to give a sample right after the fight.

    Here is some more info:

    http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=194740&highlight=Nevada
"But if the Nevada Commission was doing it, then we would agree to do as many tests as they wanted to do -- urine and blood -- up to a certain date to be agreed upon," said Arum.

"The Nevada Commission will do it appropriately. That's terrific," said Arum. "In other words, we wouldn't limit it to a certain number of tests because we know that the Nevada Commission won't harass the fighters. "

you prooved 2 things, you have no idea what you are talking about, and you have never been in a ring before.

there are three general types of strength. endurance/stamina allows you to preform at the same pace. flexiblity gives full range of motion, less prone to injury, effieciency. absolute strength is muscular strength.
