double end bag tips

    anyone got any tips on using it? still tryna get the hang of it haha
    also how tight should the cord be?

    I work on hand speed, offensive and defesnive techniques and footwork. At home I'll work one 15min round but at the gym i do variouse 3 min rounds.

    The cord should be tight enough that it snaps back at you and forces you to respond accordinglt. Try stepping into each jab to get the timing right. Of all the double end bag videos that I watched on youtube, this was the most helpful. Double click on the video to view it.
