Hey guys wanting to get your opinons on which bag is perfered or actually if the Reflex Bag a worthy substitute for the Double end bag? im dying to add one of these to my workout, problem is im moving out soon and will not have the option to permentanly place a double end bag, so wanted some insight on the reflex bag....thanks
I didn't know what you were talking about either. I've used one once and it wasn't as good as this (felt flimsy piece of ****). If you can get one as good as this bloke down below, it looks to be great. I'm wondering why gyms don't use it more often. Mimics movements pretty damn well. yes this is exactly what i was talking about, i believe its a a pretty new product and ive read still not good enough to replace the classic double end bag, and also heard they very in effectiveness depending on manufactuer i think this my be what i end up getting

I prefer the double end bag. The Cobra reflex bag makes you have to punch weird, also it's a piece of garbage that breaks easily.
