Some Pac fans are rejoicing. They say Mayweather lost.

They say this fight with Maidana proves Pac Beats Mayweather.

However, when Pac got KOed by Marquez they say he was winning the fight. And that it doesn't prove that Mayweather can beat Pac.

    Damn, talk about double standards.

Pac and Floyd are both excellent fighters and its a shame they never fought.
I think its all to do with styles and Pac fought Marquez 4 times. Who knows if Floyd would have won all those times? Though I would heavily favour him.
Pac got KOd by Marquez who Floyd beat very clearly, Floyd had a tough time with Cotto who Pac knocked down and stopped etc
Its about what would happen if Floyd and Pac met and we should enjoy having an era with 2 great elites. Its just a shame it hasnt happened

How do you know they are Pac fans? Stop with the assumptions you're too dumb to make them.

pedjr is feather fisted and worse he doesnt sit on his punches.

pac is gonna outwork him easy.

no featherfisted can beat pac. not now, not ever.

and ummm. pac is light years better than madona as pressure fighter: southpaw with speed and power that can sustain a higher pace for 12 rounds.

pedjr is different counter puncher than marquez.

pedjr slips, dodges or rolls with the punches and counters, when pressured he goes into a shell (maybe because he is hardwired to protect his chin) and looks for the ropes and asks the ref to bail him out.

marquez when pressured, hangs his chin because he knows he can take the punches and trades and dish his own hard shots.

    two completely different counter punchers.

and lastly, pac was winning the fight before the ko. he was on the assault and got countered.

Some Pac fans are quick to accuse Marquez of being on PEDs. However, they also argued that Pac should not have been asked by Mayweather to take the extra testing requested in the past.

    Damn, talk about double standards.

pedjr beating marquez is like pac beating rigo at a c/w between 135 and 140 and pac not honoring the c/w.

    how's that sound?

First of all, Pac got KOed by Marquez. Unequivically.

The double standard is the amount of analysis you put in to disproving that there could be any conclusion drawn from the KO of Pac by Marquez vis a vis a Mayweather fight, yet jump to the conclusion that Pac can automatically beat Mayweather based on the way Mayweather DEFEATED Maidana.

    Please do.

I'll say that Ariza being on both Pac and Maidana's team is questionable, and leave it at that.

Not relevant JMM was jumping up 2 weight classes, Floyd came in above the agree'd limit JMM beating Manny has no relevance to who wins if Floyd and Manny fight.

The only thing being that, Ariza's never been caught PEDdling nor pimping his fellow PEDdlers to the Government, nor bragging like a ***** about a thousand-and-one ways to mask PEDs from the testers, and changing his name to fool those that has forgotten how pathetic he was and is.

And I leave it at that. Too. :good

One close fight in 10 years=bum wow, watching the replay after the fight I had it wider than my first impression but explain this.

Provodnikov almost beats Bradley= he's a great fighter
Herrera arguably beats Garcia=he's a great fighter
Maidana gives a tough fight to Mayweather he's still a bum.....even though Maidana has has a great chances at beating, Herrera, Garcia, Provodnikov, & Bradley, even though they all have losses to lesser fighters than Kahn and Alexander. Or despite the fact he has a better resume and is more accomplished
