Alvarez is EVENS to win on points! Put on £1000 get £2000 back! Mosleys never been stopped...or come close too? even Manny Steward said Shanes experience will get him through this fight... Sayin????????
The severe hype around Alvarez right now... Miguel Cottos brother stunned him something badly with a right hand, if Mosley lands that same right hand Alvarez could be in serious trouble.
Honestly though, would Golden boy put Alvarez in with Mosley if it wasnt a sure thing? Alvarez is the next cash cow is he not?
Because Mosley's looked like **** recently? But remember what he does to mexican fighters, luckily for GBP Alvarez can box behind a jab, but its in his nature to trade it up sometimes, and that sometime may spell trouble with Mosleys right hand and Alvarez leaky defense. This is a big risk for Canelo, but its the right risk, against an older fighter who has lost two steps and is moving up in weight.
I'm a fan of Canelo, but by far Mosley his most dangerous fight. Only fighters that were able to neutralize or deal with his power like Winky, Forrest, Oscar in the rematch, Floyd, and Cotto could defeat him (yes Oscar won rematch). Canelo has lapses in his game. He dare to get careless or confident with an old warhorse like Mosley, if he made a defensive wizard like Floyd pay, Canelo better be at the top of his game!
That looks like sure money. I have a case of beer on Mayweather to TKO Cotto. I couldn't get any action with my friends otherwise. Nobody wanted to risk anything for Mosley. I think Alvarez will KO him.
He only hit Floyd with 2 good punches(1 was great), and that was due to Floyds complacency rather than what Mosely did. Once Floyd re-grouped, never happened again. Mosely does however have lights out power, but how often can he land it. Dont forget, Mosely was dreadful against Mayorga a long time ago. His Margarito fight aside, when was the last time Mosely looked good? This is by far Canelos most dangerous fight, but its very faded Mosely.
got a feelin Mosley's here to collect a cheque and nothing more. he very well might finish on his feet though.
