2. Povetkin didn´t fight Wlad besides having the chance because his trainer said he is not ready for a Klitschko (Teddy Atlas). You can google that
3. Valuev was offered a chareer high deal besides not having a belt. He refused

Povetkin has been long-term injured and inactive and is only now the comeback trail. If he isn't ready he isn't ready.

As I understand it Valuev and Vitali both had exclusive TV deals in Germany for different channels. I'm no expert on German TV but it isn't as straight forward as you make out.

Wlad is commercial garbage. The Chisora fight is even more bogus and makes much less financial sense than Haye-Harrison.
