There have been very few fighters with class in the last 30 years, these people are just going along with the flow, they don't know how to conduct themselves.

Well said. True fans understand what these fighters go through. They think that you aren't supposed to go down in fights from punches or get knocked out and if you do, you have no chin.

He's saying the opposite of what you are saying, he says that you can be a good fighter and stay at the top without being able to take a punch which is not true.

But it evidently is true. There have been many examples of fighters who didn't have great chins but who still were at the top for a long time: Hearns is a very good example and W. Klitschko or Lennox in our era.

Floyd Mayweather says chin is CRITICAL to being a great fighter.

This post is asinine for several reasons. One, comparing Wilder to Cooney is insulting to Cooney who while protected fought much better competition leading up to the Holmes fight than Wilder has.

Two, anyone that knows Boxing knows how important a Chin is. Ask Roy Jones, David Price, or Amir Khan if having a Chin matters. A Glass Jaw is a severe deficiency for a Boxer to have. Often times a Chin determines how far a fighter can go in his career. Look at Price for example. The guy has size and can punch but literally has no Chin. None. And it has made him basically irrelevant now because we all know when he fights a live body again he is getting savagely KOed.

You're one of the biggest clowns on this site. You can't stand in a room with boxers and say what you say ***** boy. This game has had glass jawed fighters win titles since the beginning. You don't understand fighters because you just don't have the capability to. You've never even been in a street fight, lmao.

What are you talking about? Fisher never said a good jaw wasn't important - he just said that it wasn't an absolute requirement for success. Two of the "glass-jawed" fighters you mention have won world titles in spite of their weak chins (Khan and Jones jr) - that's better than 99.9% of fighters ever achieve. You managed to prove Fisher right while attempting to disagree with him.

anyone can clearly see that he isn't the same guy he was in the amateurs. he's with a world class trainer who was a world class fighter. the man has skills now and is check mating his opposition quick.
