Williams says initially during his own Q&A that he was down to give Margarito a rematch. Hell when asked about a rematch Margarito says he'd only be interested in one if Arum is the promoter because if it was Goossen he'd be robbed again :roll:

Also looking at the youtube comments, I hadn't realized both Fischer and Kim managed to even score that fight for Margarito as well :roflatsch

the williams piece was an exclusive. they didn't give many interviews here in cali because most of the writers here in l.a. were shitting on him before and after the fight. it was definitely some of his better work. he seemed to become jaded after he went to that shitty site.

Concreto didn't do anyone favors dumbass. He was forced to give him a rematch or lose his paper WBOgus title. Arum wanted him to drop the belt and go on with the Cotto fight. Concreto decided to keep the belt and paid the price only to cry "I was robbery, Goosen promoters did dis to me" in the post fight press conference. You're only fooling ******s like you with that pathetic post.

 

:huh Margarito was in the process of negotiating a Cotto fight. But after all the stuff Williams said, Margarito said he wanted Williams instead of Cotto, and Arum said "Fine, do what you want". So they signed to fight.

Margarito was set for a higher profile fight w/ Cotto, but dropped out to fight Williams. So yes, Margarito DID give Williams a shot.

How odd that some die hard like you doesn't know the curcumstances.
