They should start by not handing out or accepting retroactive TUE's for banned substances.

 

It's a disgusting thought but I think it maybe true. I mean, they never did anything about the Margarito situation to prevent it from happening again, the public backed Pacquiao when he said he shouldn't have to take good testing, the Mayweather situation, a guy gets pummeled to the back of the head to the point of being in a coma and still nothing. The public here actually defends these lowlife cheaters, there's practically no moral code here. I think the powers that be actually hope a cheating star arises because a cheater is harder to beat and therefore will become a bigger star, it's pathetic.

USA is nothing but a circus when it comes to drugs testing.

A man caught doing illegal IV at home who tested with a lower TE ratio then a 128 old man and USA say this man has done nothing wrongatsch

I really don't give a **** about the American/British issue that the TS wants to make this about. The point is merely that the same Fischer who offered a laundry list of absurd excuses to absolve Margarito of any blame and get him back in the ring ASAP wants to categorically reject any such excuses in the case of positive tests and keep guys with failed tests out for as long as possible.

Seriously, he tried to say (among much other rubbish) that Margarito psyched himself up so much before a fight that he would have no idea what was in his gloves. Would anyone with a straight face buy this kind of excuse from the Bertos and Galahads of the world when it comes to positive drug tests? Ignorance is not an excuse unless it applies to "The Tijuana Tornado" apparently.
