I think he summed up the superfight perfectly here:

Pacquiao laid an egg. Period. Mayweather was happy for that and barely took advantage of the situation. Neither future hall of famer gave the kind of effort expected of “great” fighters. Their CompuBox stats attest to that. (And the Mayweather nut-riders who tried to diss Pacquiao’s punch stats while celebrating Floyd’s dismal output were just pitiful. It was like listening to a 30-year-old virgin making fun of a 40-year virgin. Yes, you dweebs, Manny sucked. But guess what? Floyd was only slightly less sucky.

In other words they both sucked.

In a minute the Floyd slurpies will come along to say Dougie is a hater.
    However, read the quote below:

Mayweather’s win streak has real substance to it. Even a so-called “hater” like me has to admit that. Mayweather has faced quality opposition at junior lightweight, lightweight, junior welterweight, welterweight and junior middleweight.

    Sounds objective to me.

Doug is a biased, subjective b_itch disguised as a boxing 'journalist'. At least Dan Rafel doesn't hide his doucheness.

It's true the fight sucked because of the hype behind it called for 2 men to enter and 1 man to leave on a stretcher. Well Mayweather still won, like it or not. That's what really disappointed people.

Yep, Mayweather won perfectly legitimately, clearly and fairly. No argument there.

However I would not call it an ATG performance.

You should recognize 'doucheness', because you and your aliases personify it.

You are wrong, Dougie is not subjective. He gives his opinion on a boxer's ring accomplishment and puts aside his personal feelings about that fighter. Are you upset he doesn't worship your hero Floyd Mayweather Jr. the way you think he should?

I have been watching and reading Doug Fischer since 2002 and he is far from a douche. He gives his honest opinion and backs it up with historical data and fact.

Just because you don't like someone's opinion, it does not mean they are a douche. Everyone nowadays seems to ridicule others that have differing opinions. It's not necessary.

You have proven yourself to be one of the least respected posters around here, Jacory Harris. Good for you!! :good

    Now go troll another website.

Translation: He doesn't like Mayweather's style and finds his public persona loathsome.

In the dwindling age of newspaper writers, guys like Fischer and Kim are among the most tenured and respected voices in the business.

Ya i can agree to that assesment, tho I think Mayweather fought a pretty decent fight actually. Obviously it would have been nice to see him shine on the biggest night in recent boxing history, but overall i felt he was pretty solid. It was Pac that I was dissapointed in.

In a nutshell, yes. I don't get why people don't comprehend that. Have the never seen Mayweather fight? That was typical.
