Hi Dougie, I just finished watching the Marquez-Alvarado fight. Did anyone notice all that acne Marquez had on his chest? That along with how broad his shoulders are and how he has morphed into such a power puncher at this age when normal people are actually getting smaller and weaker is just too suspicious. I know we have no evidence, but lets not kid ourselves. We know whats happening here. Karl, Brunswick, Georgia DOUGIE: No, we really dont, Karl, not without stronger evidence than chest acne, broad shoulders and punching power (thats hes always had). Ive got acne on my chest and my shoulders are broader at age 43 than they were at 23. It doesn't mean I'm doping. We can suspect PEDs all we want to ourselves but without concrete proof, anything said is possibly slanderous and anything written is potentially libelous. Thats the bottom line for me. And heres another bottom line: EVERY single professional fighter regardless of age, gender, style, physical attributes and performance is suspect in this day and age. The fighters who are clean are those who submit to year-round random Olympic-style drug testing with an independent anti-doping agency with a proven track record, such as VADA (no, I dont trust USADA), and then make their results public. Nonito Donaire was doing this. He was the only notable pro boxer that I know of who did, and Im not even sure if he continues to do so. CLEAN BOXER UNTIL FAILING TEST :thumbsup :hi: hi pacturds.
Over 2 hrs later and NOT ONE ******* in sight I know they're here somewhere cause they can't stop posting about JMM's body pimplest:think
Nonito Donaire somehow gets no respect among all the back and forth PED squabbling from fans. He should be praised on the highest level. He doesn't still undergo random 24/7/365 blood testing. I think he stopped after the Rigondeaux fight and now signs for the random testing when the fights are announced... I guess it's a means of being able to use recreational drugs (or PED's, I guess, but of every athlete out there, he is the least suspicious of that).
A non biased answer, I don't always agree with Doug but he's hit the nail on the head... A guy who nvr failed a dope test, nvr turned down any type of type of test and has been ko'ing ppl all of his career is now constantly accused of juicing because he's got Manny number Don't forget he's a higher ko number and % that Manny over a 20 year career Plus have u ever asked urself if he could have got that acne from a high calorie diet to get a bit of mass on to get close to the weight?
smh really guys? this dougie fisher is the same guy who picked canelo and mosley over mayweather. Doug Fischer's expertise has been called into question plenty of times...he is a dubious expert at best...the guy at Boxingtalk, Breadman - that dude is a boxing expert
Marquez hired the world's top steroid expert as his S&C coach before his fight with Pac, plus Marquez' steroid expert is also the world's top expert on cheating the tests as well..............
Probably because his year-round testing was paid for by Conte from the agency Conte helped found. Additionally he looked hypocritical as hell oscillating between "I'll fight anyone regardless of testing" to "Rigondeaux needs to keep his promises or I won't fight!"
a lot of people picked Canelo and Mosley over Floyd though. Hindsight is 20/20. When the fights were announced they were both supposed to be competitive.
Ever notice that Void fans do not want Void to fight Pac? Void and his ignorant fans are afraid Pac will hurt him and he probably will...................
This. It seemed like a legit at least 30% of even knowledgeable folk were picking Mosley over Mayweather. Mayweather fans have wanted that fight ever since the first negotiations went down in December 2009. Unfortunate one side stepped away. It only got more complicated after that point in time. Mayweather fans still would like to see the fight. I guess it just seems like they might not discuss it as much as a realistic option because the reality is that it seems to be an unrealistic option.
