What surprised me was the horrible announcing job. Nobody was saying Buster was flat out dominating the guy. A to Z.

And nobody was pointing out like by the 7th or 8th round Tyson was so hopelessly behind he needed a ko to win. They seemed to think there was zero damage to Tyson as far as accumulation went---and it was painfully clear watching things.

If anything, when I got the Bob Sheridan call, he was actually more balanced than the HBO team. Imagine that---the Colonel doing a better job and more fair====with the DKP house fighter and moneymaker.

I think it was BSB (before the merger) who showed it live, but I would not put the mortgage on it. As you suggest Sky Movies showed premium events at the time for SKY.

Were their 2 Mike Tyson's in the ring that night? No Douglas beat Tyson.
Let him have his victory. He came in ready to fight and inspired to
Win, sometimes thats all it takes....

Unbelievable. Mike planted his head in front of that uppercut and knew he'd hit bank by spending the $6 mill to bet at Wynn Sports Book on himself. Why? I'll let you answer that peach.

No. But Frank Bruno didn't want that mantle and Truth Williams couldn't duck a left hook, so Mike knew that if he could somehow get a 42-1 dog that much needed inspiration then the outcome would be contingent on Bertha Douglas' untimely death. So Mike was at his worst that night and Buster was at his best. Mike got bored and didn't care what happened. So he threw himself in front of Buster's jabs, straight rights, left hooks and giant uppercuts.

    Mike beat Mike. Extremely obvious.

After about 2 rounds I had a feeling. I didnt going in. The Tucker fight was too fresh in my memory. It's an amazing story.
Not to mention what King tried to pull after. Don was usually smooth but he got desperate right then. That was weak as hell.

So Bruno and Williams should have done it? You need to make your mind up and decide when Tyson was at his worst?
