I dont buy the court case being the reason Douglas wasnt in shape vs Holyfield.

He just didnt care about boxing anymore and wanted the pay day

He was lazy and after beating Tyson he mentally checked out

If they had done an immeadite rematch Mike Tyson wouldve knocked Buster Douglas out in 1 or 2 rounds

Tyson would have trained his ass off for the rematch. He would have canned his trainer and I think he would have stopped Douglas before the 5th round. I don't think Douglas would have cared about winning the rematch, he already took Tyson's 0 and would have made a ton of money for the rematch.

There is no evidence this would have happened I wasn't impressed by mike in a single fight post Douglas, so fair to assume he wouldn't have been any better.

Ruddock were good wins and Golata was his best performance post-prison. Alex Stewart was a decent win as well, he gave Holyfield some problems as well as George Foreman. Tyson destroyed him in 1 round.

I think Tyson wins an immediate rematch, Douglas didn't show up against Holyfield. I doubt he shows up against Tyson, while Tyson would be super motivated.

The Douglas that fought Holyfield was fat and flabby, probably demotivated and wanted that check.
The Tyson that fought Tillman was trim and ready, probably motivated and wanted the belts back.
IMO Tyson by KO 5-7, it would be a similar fight to Tyson vs Biggs
