The thread would be much more credible if it was Holyfield. Clinches were an integral strategy and they also got him in close to work that nude nut. Buster didn't need to clinch much at all really.
Or I'll just send you a random picture of John Inman smiling. It probably depends on how many minutes go by, by the time you PM me.
To be fair i think if no-one was able to clinch peak Tyson he'd beat some ATG's that would otherwise beat him.
Buster Douglas was like Joe Frazier in the 1971 FOTC---he was simply not going to lose. It was his night!!
Hug a tree. They’re all bark, no bite. Good God, that might be the first time that’s ever been said in the history of man. Too late. I’ve already TM’d it.
That’s a good thing…otherwise, if it did cross your mind, you’d be Boxed Ears. That’s meant to be flattering to Boxed, after all, he is a one and only…
This is where I give AJ a lot of credit. He really didn’t clinch Usyk, even when it might’ve been forgivable, especially when he was hurt in the last round of their first fight. So, in his own way, by accomodating Olek with a clean fight and a pure boxing contest, AJ allowed Usyk to prove that a better small man can beat an appreciably larger good man. When Olek climbs into the ring vs Fury, it is very doubtful he will be availed of a clean and open boxing contest, at least as far Fury has a say in it. Perhaps Team Usyk should cajole Jay Nady out of retirement and have him appointed as ref. He’d come highly recommended by one, Roy Jones Jr, no less.
