Morganville, NJ (December 18, 2010) - Denis “Da Momma's Boy” Douglin once again displayed why he is a prospect to look out for after stopping Matt Berkshire in the first of their scheduled six round bout yesterday evening at the Doubletree Hotel in Monroeville, PA.

Douglin was in control from the opening bell, dropping Berkshire with a right hand to the body and then moments later with a monstrous uppercut, forcing the referee to halt the contest at 1:53.

“I am very satisfied with my performance,” said Douglin, who improved to 12-0 with 8 KO’s. “Going into the fight I didn’t know much about my opponent so the fact that I was able to get him out of there in the opening round is definitely a plus.”

Douglin, a Morganville, NJ native, stopped five of his six opponents in 2010. Berkshire, of West Virginia, falls to 11-3-2 with 5 kayos.
