I agree with you that ALL those fights/fighters were a disgrace.

 

As was Green-Mundine 2 with incompetent refereeing,scoring and disgraceful acting but it's the 4h largest PPV in Australian history.

Can't knock Geale for trying (though as much as I like Gealey I wouldn't pay for Geale-Mundine 3) but I didn't watch Bumdine-Canine 2 live either but alot did. Maybe they would with Geale-Mundine 3 even though he was blasted out in 2 by Quinlan. Who knows?

 

Quinlan would probably blast out current Mundine in pretty similar fashion..

He was bigger too, what did he weight in for that fight? 80kgs??

Mundine is pretty chinny too but at least he goes out on his shield.. That may be the difference.

 

But their was drug testing for that fight so Green was disadvantaged and though he lost on a technicality he still lost that fight. That being said I still hope Mundine-Geale 3 doesn't happen I would rather Gealey have that 1 sided schooling of their 2nd fight as my memory of the Mundine-Geale rivalry.

 

Geales will just turn up, collect his 5% purse/paycheck and quit like a filthy dog AGAIN.

 

50/50 of nothing no one cares if Mundine wins or loses anymore..

He made more money out of casuals hoping his opponent would ko him than anyone actually liking him...

I think we all have had our ko fill on him tbh...

Plus the media have Jeff Horn so Mundine became irrelevant after that..

 

Really Geales should be fighting Solibums if they wish to remain active rather than both them begging to be on Anthony Mundines charity list.

 

Never underestimate the stupidity of casuals Mundine-Green 2 is the 4th biggest PPV in Australian history. 2 shot fighters and WWE acting in the 1st round. People on other forums still carry on about what Mundine said about Geales wife in 2013 and 9-11 in 2001. They will tune in if Mundine plays the heel persona to Geale's Mr nice guy personality.
I wouldn't watch it live like I didn't watch or buy the Mundine-Green 2 farce live but many would be drawn in by the theatrics.
