Or his self indulgent tripe after Siaca beat Mundine. I'm pretty sure it was that loss.

But it was basically an "I told you so" even after GLK had been writing him off for ages and Mundine had kept exceeding expectations.
I'm pretty sure he ended it with an invitation for Mundine to call him and apologise, or something to that effect.

Remember when that BUM journo Grant Leigh Keeza posted occasionally over at the boganbackslappers forum and the Mod Bruiser kid would PM posters making sure everyone behaved themselves and demanded that no one question the Keeza kids BS. Bruiser wanted the kid put up on a pedestal like he was Queen Elizabeth. It was ridiculous. Bruiser was a BUM mod.

Hey Rock / Lads , correct W A R I came here to get the general consensus of opinion of the disgraceful stoppage last night from an Australian point of view as always and read this , GLK wouldn't possibly get away with his c rap here in the UK and Fabulous Four lynchpin Francis is spot on as usual I basically got blackballed by the ridiculous CHB fan boy crew for calling the idiot out on his idiotic so called coverage of OUR sport .

 

The Fab4 have been using their alts over the weekend so may take a while to respond.

I actually thought Joshua looked very good. Very poised & controlled throughout.

Takam did what he does but didn't seriously threaten.

The stoppage? Well it's important to remember that the ref's first priority should always be the health & safety of the fighters. I actually hate to think what Takam will look like today after doing 10 rounds with a big strong guy like Joshua. I don't think the Pommie ref was biased. I think he had genuine concerns for Takam's welfare bearing in mind Takam had been pawing at his eye since early in the fight.

The very worst aspect of boxing is letting a guy take a beating round after round with no hope of winning. Takam wasn't in that category b/c he made it competitive but I didn't have a problem with the ref stepping in when he did. Re-watch the round & you will notice the ref's eyes light up as Joshua starts landing the hard stuff well before the stoppage came. Those earlier punches prompted the stoppage, not the flurry at the end.

Bottom line? Good win for Joshua.
