    Stopped reading at that fool Johnny Lewis,probably shouldnt even respond to this pure troll response . Lewis has forgotten more about boxing then you and your mates will ever know about the sport,there are plenty of scumbags that are involved in boxing but Lewis has an impeccable record of good work in the sport and community

    Tszyu would of been a even better fighter if he wasn't so cheap and actually paid for a decent trainer. After close to 300 amateur fights I doubt Tszyu learned anything from Lewis. Lewis was lucky Johnny on the spot to pick up Tszyu and it was only because of Fenech.

    Because I said that Tszyu would of been better off with another trainer?
    That is just my opinion, you backslappers are so sensitive. You had no problem attacking Atlas and Roach who are far better trainers than Lewis.

    You are entitled to your opinion. Atlas is not a better trainer than Lewis IMO.

    Boxing journalist Grantlee Kieza wins a major award.
    " I am extremely proud to say that i will be inducted into Australian Boxing
    Hall of Fame in 2018 ." Paul Briggs will also be inducted.
    GK will join Jeff Fenech and Johnny Lewis as inductees.
    Jeff Horn is unbackable odds to win fighter of the year.

    Yes he was lucky to have already established guys like Gairy StClaire, Vic Darchinian & Virgil Hill. Everybody knows that Tszyu would of been successful with any trainer but would of been much better if he used a Russian trainer as a pro.

    Kieza is a laughing stock amongst real boxing fans.
    I feel sorry for Paul Briggs he was actually a decent tough fighter in his prime, it was disgusting what Canine Green and the Australian boxing commission did to him.
    LOL winning Aussie fighter of the year is about as good as winning a McDonalds voucher.

    I can't take Kieza seriously since he compared Danny Green to the ANZAC's. Good for Briggsy his wars with Adamek were epic and his KO of Kelly awesome and he made Danny Green look like a fool.

    There was no successful trainers of pro fighters from Russia at the time with Yuri Arbachov just beating him to being the 1st pro world champ so that was probably never a real option plus quality of life here compared to Russia at the time also had a lot to do with it. I'm sure I have heard Johnny Lewis admit that he was fortunate to be able to train Tszyu who was the hottest prospect at the time coming out of the amateurs .Obviously Tszyu would have been succesful with anybody as his trainer but after the world championships that were here he could see how good this country was when he decided to turn pro and make Australia home for himself and his partner, having a quality trainer like Johnny Lewis would have had something to do with his decision also
